Of course there is another delay. Pre-orders will have to be put on hold because we didn't receive the bed heaters with the shipment of the rest of the parts. See product description for more information. Due to the Chinese New Year holiday break the soonest possible date for those to arrive is the week of the Feb. 18, 2019.
Almost all parts were received to assemble the Extended Bed Kits except for one important part which is the heaters. There has been a change to the design of the Extended Bed Kits which makes the heaters now separate from the build surface. There will soon be more information and a few pictures of the new Extended Bed Kits that includes a magnetic remove flexible build surface.

Some of the information below will be changed for the newer Extended Bed Kits.
The actual usable build area of the bed is increased to at least 120mm x 250mm. The bed is 3mm thick aluminum and has two 40 watt PCB heater circuits and thus two power inputs.
Connecting to only one heater using a 12V 10A power brick such as the one originally supplied with the Select Mini V1 or the 10A Winkeyes available on Amazon, the bed should be able to maintain 50° - 60°C depending on the ambient room temperature. Using a 12V 7A power supply such as the one supplied with the V2 and the late model V1 should be able to maintain at least 50°.
Connecting a second power supply directly to the second heater input on the bed should allow the bed to reach 100°C ±. Using only a power supply connected directly to one heater input the bed should be able to maintain 65° - 75°C depending on the ambient room temperature. Using the heater input from the mainboard on the other heater will allow you to control the temperature in the range of 75° - 110°C, again depending on the ambient room temperature. This may not be the route you want to take though because it will mean the bed heater directly connected to the power supply will remain on after the print is completed.
Another way and probably best way if you wish to have the bed temperature higher than 60°C is to use a 12V 150W or higher power supply connected to a relay that will replace the stock power supply and enable both bed heater inputs to be used and powered off when a print is complete. Instructions will be available later but please don't purchase yet unless you are comfortable figuring this part out on your own.
