The build area is 120mm x 250mm. The main part of the bed is 3 mm thick aluminum with a removable flexible steel build plate held in place by magnets. This will probably require most people to use either a Z spacer or relocate the Z-axis endstop due to the increased thickness. If adding a sheet of glass to the bed then one of the previous two options will most definitely be required. 

There are four ~40 watt (@12 VDC) PCB heaters connected in parallel adhered to the bottom of the bed. This mean it will now require an external MOSFET/relay or similar and a 12 VDC and 20 A/240 W or greater power supply. The MOSFET or power supply will not be included and unfortunately will not be available for purchase through GigDigit.

The goal for the heater(s) is 200 watts. It would require ~17 amps at 12 volts to achieve 200 watts. With 24 volts it would require ~8 amps. Using 24 volts has some benefits which is making me think this would be the better option. An external MOSFET/relay or similar and a separate power supply will be required with either the 12 volt (20+ amp) or 24 volt (15+ amp) option. One drawback to using a 24 volt power supply is not being able to also power the printer from the same power supply.
