You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please use the Contact Us page and let us know that you would like to return the product, your order number, details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return item(s) from your order.
Currently we are shipping to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States. Shipping to other countries is considered upon request. If you would like something shipped somewhere else please use the Contact Us page to send an email with your request. Please allow a couple days for a reply. If you do not get a reply please politely send another message (there is no need to send a registered letter through the postal system). I would like to be able to send to every country but there is a bit of extra time involved. The GigDigit team being my wife and myself, we sometimes struggle to get the domestic orders out the same day or the next. This is still new to use so please bear with us while we get through these growing pains.
